About

Every Moment is a Memory

From the Artist:
This work is part of a series of abstract compositions worked in mixed media on paper. The objective of the painting was to have my creative process flowing through the use of various materials seeking balance in the composition, contrasts, textures, exposing the work to my subconscious hand, those shadows that emerge from the darkness of my mind reliving by the linear graphics of that primal instinct for drawing, like when one was a kid and having this need to shape things using lines and colors, to express your perception of the world,  flowing to find the work as a catharsis to create a new work, free of academic concepts or external influences, making only valid expressions of primitivism, looking for that purism in graphic creation.
