About
Every Moment is a Memory
From the Artist:
SISAY is a term in the Quechua language meaning "to take pollen from flowers" which is the process of creating the new seeds that will be the new fruits of tomorrow, symbolic abstractions of flowers that are ready to receive pollen to be sprouted. Here the drawing of the lines are more organic, using the silhouettes of a flower on both ends of the painting. The paint is applied in cool tones with a domination of green, a color symbolizing the plant world. The concept of the picture is much more than simply the germination of plants. Sisay also covers the life of the Andean families, that is to sow values, build roads to improve lives in communities, and through education to build a better future.
