About

Every Moment is a Memory

From the Artist:
The painting is abstract, it represents the use of a drink made from a cactus called San Pedro, a plant used by shamans to connect with the spirits so they can make their elixers (cures); I, along with my particular style of looking for that purism, find in the pre-Columbian art inspiration to evoke my particular ways of interpreting nature. Forms that populate my mind and come to light from my subconscious, shapes that remind me of the sun, snails, fish, desert, night, city, etc; This painting is my creative catharsis, where I have the freedom to compose a more rhythmic, visual poetry where everything is part of a larger symphony.
